BIO

My career has spanned agencies including Wieden & Kennedy, KesselsKramer, Uncommon Studio, Anomaly, and Studio 99 (David Beckham’s in-house agency), as well as global network agencies WPP JWT/Santo and McCann London.

As Executive Creative Director at Santo, I led the Vodafone Global account, and as Creative Director 
at McCann, I worked on campaigns for Pernod Ricard brands, including Chivas Regal and Beefeater Gin. 

Recently, I was Creative Director at Anomaly, overseeing Expedia’s Sports Partnerships. I led and developed collaborations between Expedia, Liverpool Football Club, and UEFA, producing multi-channel work across TV, OOH, social, and long-form documentary films featuring sports legends, influencers, and top football talent.

At Studio 99, I developed social-first campaigns and brand platforms for Nespresso and Shark Ninja in partnership with David Beckham. 

During my time at Wieden & Kennedy, I played a key role in crafting global campaigns for Coca-Cola’s World Cup sponsorship, Nike, Old Spice, and Vodafone, winning a Gold Cannes Lion for Film and TV.

After eight years at Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam, 
I joined KesselsKramer London as Global Creative Director, where I spent nine years shaping creative teams and campaigns for global clients, including Diageo (Bushmills, J&B, Red Stripe, Pampero Rum, Talisker Whisky), Umbro, Aer Lingus, and KBC Bank.

I am a highly collaborative, hands-on creative director with a background in design and art direction. I enjoy creating bold, entertaining, and disruptive work with a touch of humor.

He is adept at distilling and defining brand problems and driven to find potent solutions that move people. 

He has a wealth of experience generating big brand ideas, directing teams and executing work across the spectrum of channels.

He is double Cannes Gold awarded and is teamed with several award-winning Art Directors and Designers depending on project specifics.

He also increasingly offers more in-depth brand consultancy, insights and words to help define, or redefine brand voice and tone.

Whilst in Australia, Dave co-founded The Glue Society, an internationally renowned collective allowing commercial, film and art-based interests to co-exist and coalesce.

He is also Writer and Executive Producer on high-concept movie, Reverse, currently in pre-production with Academy Award Nominated Director, Sean Ellis.
